First we expected that Cellulose filter insert will choke soon in our steel industry but the oil cleanliness is achieved consistently and also life of filter is very good.

Our quenching oil had high carbon soot and we were facing lots of problem due to carbon soot. Earlier we used centrifuge system that did not give result and after installing CJC we could remove very fine soot particles.
