SMK - FLUID ANALYSIS
The Smart Monitoring Kit (SMK) combines the unparalleled capabilities of the OilWear® sensor with a built-in HMI display, providing real-time information directly at the machine.
The sensor’s advanced technology detects particles and bubbles as small as 4 microns, classifying them by size range. This real-time data offers precise insights into the machine’s condition, based on fluid contamination levels.
The SMK is a plug-and-play integration kit compatible with all lubrication and hydraulic systems, regardless of make or design. It includes a flow condition solution to monitor operating conditions in both pressurized and depressurized systems, independent of fluid dynamics.
The HMI screen features all necessary functionalities to monitor the system, view realtime data, and store and export data via USB. Additionally, you can connect remotely for digitalized lubricant-based monitoring, ensuring comprehensive asset condition tracking.
